Looking for a place to organise a meeting or an event in a warm, friendly and unique mountain environment? Look no further than the Courcheneige, where we will strive to satisfy all your requirements.

Our location at the heart of the slopes, with “ski in, ski out” access, guarantees that you will not lose a minute of your precious time during your mountain-based event. The Courcheneige is the ideal place to organise your meetings around your skiing day (or vice versa!) in order to make the most of your free time. Our conference room, the “Bellecôte” room, is situated at the centre of the hotel, allowing you to move smoothly from your meeting to the restaurant (for lunch outside on our large, sunny terrace, or for dinner inside by the heat of our cosy open fire), and to our ski lounge, where you will be fitted with your chosen equipment in a matter of minutes before skiing straight out onto the fresh snow in front!

Whatever the duration of your event, by choosing the Courcheneige, you are sure not to lose a moment of ski or of work. No minimum stay-length is required outside of peak seasons; we will be happy to welcome you for one, two, three nights or more!

With a welcome capacity of 86 rooms and 240 beds, we can accommodate groups of varying sizes and configurations (group rates available for single, double, triple and quadruple occupancy. Contact us).

A comprehensive offer

At the Hotel Courcheneige, everything has been designed so that you do not have to leave the hotel for any service.

You may purchase your lift passes from the hotel reception (pre-order service also available so that the passes are ready upon arrival). You can also rent your skiing equipment from our large, inhouse ski boutique, “L’Atelier”, while our restaurant the “De Laroche Brasserie” will cater amply for your breakfast, lunch and dinner requirements. For après-ski, relax with a drink in the tropical surrounds of the “Waikiki” bar, be soothed by the warmth of our heated, outdoor jacuzzi, or savour a glass of wine opposite our open log fire in the cosy hotel bar. We can also organise a variety of massages and treatments through trusted local partners, who are able to offer their services onsite. You will be free to organise your meetings around your leisure activities, with the flexibility to privatise the “Bellecôte” room at any time.

If you travel to Courchevel by car, parking facilities are provided onsite in our private, underground car park, with direct access to the hotel. Should you arrive by plane or by train, we can organise a transfer to the hotel for you using a local partner company. During your stay, our shuttle bus service is also available for easy access to the resort centre.

Group rates available for bed and breakfast, half-board, full board or “All Inclusive” (ski passes and ski hire included), applicable to requests for 10 rooms and above. Contact us.

Technical Specifications

The Bellecôte room is a modulable conference room, measuring 35m², with natural light, and a breath-taking view of the Bellecôte ski slope. Located close to the main hotel bar, coffee breaks may be organised either in the conference room, or in the bar lounge area, if you wish for a change of scenery.
